I live what I train. I'm a certified personal trainer, a black belt 1st degree in Tae-Kwon Do. I've been a boxer and competed in body building. I'm a skier, snowboarder and cyclist. I also competed (mentally as well as physically) in Spartan Races. I run special classes and fitness bootcamps at several gyms in Toronto, the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club, Max Revolution, Gravitate and The Fitness Connection.
I am fit, but I've run my own obstacle races to be in the shape I want. I've come back from four sports-related injuries, including a severe back injury.
I learned the hard way the cost of not training properly. That's how I gained an in-depth understanding of how the body works. I learned to prevent injury at any cost.
And when I work with my clients, I make sure they do it right. It's not what you do – but, how you do it – that makes the difference.
Just as training is customized to you, so is where you train. I offer several options.
